At GM Apparels, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting every garment and follow transparent policies regarding order cancellation, returns, and refunds. Please read the policy below carefully before placing an order.


1. Order Cancellation Policy

Before Order Processing

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched.
  • To request a cancellation, customers must contact us immediately after placing the order.
  • Once the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be initiated.

After Order Processing or Dispatch

  • Once an order has been processed, stitched, customized, or dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • This is especially applicable to custom-made, tailored, or personalized garments.

GM Apparels reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.


2. Custom-Made & Made-to-Order Products

Please note:

  • Products that are custom-made, stitched to order, personalized, or altered are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has started.
  • Since these garments are made specifically according to customer measurements and preferences, they cannot be resold.

Customers are advised to review all size details, measurements, and product descriptions carefully before placing an order for custom-made items.


3. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or stitched products
  • Altered garments
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

GM Apparels reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any return or refund.


4. Refund Policy

Approved Refunds

  • Once a return is approved and the product passes quality inspection, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are usually processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (damaged or incorrect product).

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of size issues or defects, subject to product availability.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Custom-made garments are not eligible for exchange.
